A firm in the wholesales/retail sector seeks qualified female candidates to fill this role

About the Role

  • Provide first-class service in order to push the sales of company products
  • Act as an intermediary between company and clients
  • Make necessary phone calls, contacts, and meetings to help push sales
  • Create opportunities for people to make inquiries as necessary – initiate and manage leads
  • Manage those inquiries to translate into sales for the company


  • Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Persist in sales even in the face of failure
  • Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Answer questions from clients exhibiting superior product knowledge
  • Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly
  • Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Make product appeal to the target market
  • Train other sales people in the art of selling
  • Make sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
  • Plan meetings and trade shows; Set up booths at trade shows and demonstrate the quality or uses of a product
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines
  • Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data;
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory;
  • Maintain databases; Prepare Marketing and Sales reports.
