Clover Mart 'Cmart' is a new retail outlet in Lekki, Lagos State, we are currently inviting suitable candidates to fill the position of a HR/Admin Officer 



Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective day to day running of the company
  • Carry out store administration and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
  • Manage all external and internal communication
  • Ensure health and safety rules is adhered to by all staff
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and access training needs
  • Maintain and update staff records
  • Manage recruitment/on boarding processes
  • Monitor and manage costs and expenses
  • Manage company calendar, schedules, deadlines and appointments
  • Prepare HR documents; staff hand book, offer letter
  • Manage payroll computation with the finance/accounts department
  • Handle all disciplinary issues and actions
  • Oversee the general welfare of all staff
  • Ensure an accurate filing system fir proper documentation process

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc in related field.
  • Two/Three years’ experience in a retail/quick service environment.
