Job Description

  • We are currently in need of a HR Systems Analyst. This position is mainly responsible for providing Technology-driven support to the Human resources department.

Essential Duties

  • Development of Applications and workflows to streamline and improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization
  • Deployment cost-effective and customizable technologies to improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization
  • Investigate, Analyze and resolve user problems, application bugs and subsequent problem resolution
  • Managing the company’s web portals and scripts located within.
  • Providing technical support to employees on website / software issues.
  • Monitoring of external services and accounts such as hosting, domains to ensure availability of services when needed.
  • Graphic Design and Multimedia support such as video editing, video uploads e.t.c.
  • Learning Management Support; Talent Sourcing through social media / digital platforms
  • Content Management for the company’s corporate communication channels
  • Performing of other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of OND
  • Application / Software development with knowledge of relevant programming languages
  • Wordpress and Web development
  • Graphic Design
  • Video Editing.
  • Social Media/Digital platforms.
