We are currently sourcing for Product Managers, who are conversant with managing services in Financial Services/Technology organizations. Interested candidates must have 3 to 8 years of Product Management experience.


Job Purpose: 

To define, execute and track initiatives and processes that improve product performance (revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, gross margins) substantially for the consumer services offered by Interswitch Group.


Product Strategy

  • Defines the product vision, strategy & roadmap
  • Aligns the product strategy with the corporate strategy


Market Analysis

  • Conducts market research, feasibility studies and competitive analysis for the assigned product
  • Carries out continuous benchmarking against competition and substitute products Designs and conducts customer surveys
  • Attends seminars, trade shows, events & other marketing initiatives to demonstrate technical specification of products and build a network of contacts and potential partners


Product Management & Marketing

  • Manages the entire product lifecycle and ensures the correct outputs are in place at each stage 
  • Explores awareness and growth generating opportunities for consumer services
  • Develops and drives implementation of initiatives that ensure product transaction growth
  • Evaluates the product backlog and champions the phased enhancement of products in line with market/customer needs/issues
  • Identifies gaps where new product development is required and drives new product/feature development for consumer services
  • Product Performance Tracking
  • Manages, tracks and reports product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, new product planning, issue prioritization, revenue performance, customer satisfaction levels, transaction success rates etc.
  • Maintains close relationships with the customers/prospects for awareness of customer needs and perspectives
  • Prepares business analytics reports for consumer services and channels
