An FMCG firm is urgently looking for qualified persons to fill this position
- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing field Sales offices in the region
- Identify new opportunities for budget input and plan for future needs
- Develop regional plan and ensure implementation of our route to market strategy
- Plan and implement route sales and coverage in the most cost-efficient manner
- Actively monitor and analyze trends (market, demographic, economic, social and competitors) in order to take informed decisions that will enhance business performance
- Should have a BSC/HND Marketing. Business Administration or any other relevant discipline plus MBA or MSC in Marketing from recognized institutions.
- Must have at least 12 years sales/marketing experience, 4 of which must be at senior management level preferably in FMCG industry
- Ideal candidates must be self-motivated, focused, persuasive, and have the ability to achieve set targets/results through others
- Professional Sales/ Marketing Certification will be added advantage
- Must be Computer literate and proficient in office suites such as MS/Word, Excel, etc.
