We are a food processing company. Our company has a wide range of customers and the role comprises both administrative and customer service competencies, we are ideally looking for someone who is capable of working in both areas as required.
- Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Manage reception area and looks after visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Maintain accurate records
- Progress customer enquiries into a satisfactory service level
- Processing customers' orders
- Updating Spreadsheets (Excel)
- Creating & Printing Barcodes for orders
- General office filing
- For the customer service aspect of this role, you will be required to answer the customer service line with relation to new orders, existing order enquiries, general enquiries among others. Applicants must have experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
- The administrative aspect would involve processing of customer orders, reporting and acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills;
- Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
- Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs;
- Strong Prioritization and Organisation Skills;
- Strong Record Keeping Skills;
