Job description:

  • Interact with customers to provide information regarding the customers products and services.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer database regularly.
  • Responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Resolve customer complaint via emails, telephones and other communication channels.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalsm and working to establish a positive rapport with each customer.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within given time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure complaints are resolved and maintain record of all issues resolved

 

Requirements:

The candidate must have 3-5 years experience working in the food industry as a customer service representative.
