Bumpahav Nigeria Ltd seeks qualified candidates to fill this role

 

Job Objective:

To ensure the implementation and compliance with approved bumpahav bakery work processes, ethos, standard accounting Principles and IFC Procedures 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse Production, Packaging and Dispatch records for accuracy
  • Prepare daily sales report
  • Inspect sales ledger
  • Prepare pay roll
  • Issuance of cheques to customers and contractors
  • Hold oversight over the cashier
  • Ensure there is no leakage bread at all
  • identify and check for missing bread
  • Prepare Profit and loss account at the end of each month
  • Perform Admin and HR functions
  • Reconciliation of dispatch (sales) and product of delivery
  • File all receipt and payments to and from external customers and also keep proper records of them
  • Check that items in the stores are same as those supplied
  • Take inventory of stock in store at the end of everyday
  • Ensure good housekeeping of the office and surrounding at all times 
  • any other duties that may be assigned by Management  

 

Education/Experience:

  • OND/HND/BSC in Accounting
  • 0-3 years experience 
  • Experience will be an advantage
