We are looking for a Facility Manager, to manage our facilities.
- Acquisition and disposal of properties.
- Lease Management.
- Budgeting of resources.
- Co-ordinating security and administrative services.
- Give advice on Energy-efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Building maintenance services.
- Managing of building spaces.
- Coordinating financial forecasting.
- Coordinating catering, cleaning and parking services.
Qualifications and competencies:
- BSc or BTech Estate Management or Estate Surveying and Valuation or related field.
- Must have good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Must be competent, technically.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Must have good managerial, organising and time management skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience is compulsory.
