We are looking for a Facility Manager, to manage our facilities.


Job Description

  • Acquisition and disposal of properties.
  • Lease Management.
  • Budgeting of resources.
  • Co-ordinating security and administrative services.
  • Give advice on Energy-efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Building maintenance services.
  • Managing of building spaces.
  • Coordinating financial forecasting.
  • Coordinating catering, cleaning and parking services.


Qualifications and competencies:

  • BSc or BTech Estate Management or Estate Surveying and Valuation or related field.
  • Must have good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Must be competent, technically.
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Must have good managerial, organising and time management skills.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience is compulsory.
