Our client has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning software (OpenERP) for about three years now. While we continue to support this implementation, the client now requires a full time ERP Administrator who will provide first level support to its users.
The candidate we seek to hire for our client must have a minimum of 3 years knowledge and experience working with ERP. Knowledge of OpenERP/Odoo is a big advantage for this position.
As the ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with functional issues raised by users as well as document and escalate issues that require technical inputs from the external ERP Consultant. Additionally, your role includes documenting user requirements and communicating this in a concise and clear manner to the Consultant.
This job requires that you have a good knowledge of business processes and the integration of business functions across Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, HR, CRM etc.
Successful candidate will undergo a 1-week intensive functional training which aims to provide knowledge of the ERP implemented for the client and how the candidate can access our support resources
