Libra Reliance, an investment company with stakes in property, finance and automobile is looking to employ the services of a professional secretary.
The job description includes
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.
- Prepare and mail checks.
- Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
- Coordinate conferences and meetings.
Job Requirements include:
- Minimum of HND
- 2/3 years’ experience
- Conversant with Microsoft Office suites
- Very eloquent (as employee will relate with clients regularly)
- Other secretarial diplomas or certificates are added advantages.
