A firm in the Healthcare sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role




  • Develop and maintain a good client database
  • Interface with Health Management Organization and other Vendors.
  • Processing of Bills
  • Posting of bills on excel spreadsheet.
  • Preparing the monthly Income and Expenses Statement.
  • Preparing Monthly Reports.
  • Follow-up on submitted Medical Bills.
  • Sending out a reminder for scheduled client appointment and birthday text messages to clients.
  • Ensure that bills are properly dispatched to respective companies that have retainership agreement.
  • Reconcile all payments by companies that have retainership agreement with the bill sent out.
  • Attending to Clients needs (one-on-one and via phone calls). 
  • Assist in the sales of Products.
  • Assist in screening programs. 
  • Reconcile clients outstanding.
  • Constant check of company’s mail and responding to inquiries.
  • Updating of Stocks purchased monthly.





  • Must be a Young and Dynamic female 
  • Must be very computer Literate 
  • Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Very Important).
  • Must reside in Ikorodu/Mile 12/Ketu/Ojota AREAS. 
  • Must be fluent in English and Yoruba language.
  • Excellent human relationship skills.
