Job description:

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for business development within the state on a day to day basis and sometimes with the Zonal Manager when necessary. 
  • The incumbent is to deliver services thus; Client Acquisition and Retention; Client Relationship Management; Marketing to Prospective Organizations; Ensure that all Pencom Guidelines and Regulations are adhered to prevent the company from Sanctions or Reprimand. To also provide feedback that can assist in strategic decision making and other pension related matters that may be assigned from time to time.  



  • HND or BSc with at least 3 years post NYSC experience. 
  • Having a part of it in a PFA is an added advantage.
