General Summary:

Will be responsible for leading downstream pharmacy i.e. (hospital and retail) customer acquisitions or upstream pharmacy supplier i.e. (wholesale,distribution and manufacturing) acquisition for RxAllng’s e-commerce platform.

Will work with Director for eCommerce strategy on customer/supplier engagement in order to improve customer/supplier experience when using the platform.

Role is primarily a sales function with intense client relationship management and mobility skills required.

We are seeking to fill 1 role in Lagos (Upstream pharmacy supplier acquisition) and 3 roles respectively in Oyo,Osun and Ogun (downstream pharmacy customer acquisition based in Ibadan,Osogbo and Abeokuta respectively but covering all major towns in the state).

  • The Upstream supplier acqusition role will involve engaging pharmaceutical wholeslaers,distributors and manufacturers based in Lagos to sign up and list on the platform.Strong executive prescence, exisiting relationships in the indusry and ability to be self motivated and mobile is a required to be successful in this role
  • The Downstream pharmacy customer acquisition require engaging with pharmacy owners in person or through industry bodies in order to get them to sign up and make procurement through the platform.Strong executive prescence, exisiting relationships in the indusry and ability to be self motivated and mobile is a required to be successful in this role especially as work will require travelling across major towns where role is based.
  • Both roles require collaboration with the CMO/Founder & Ecommerce Director (Nigeria/USA) in developing ecommerce platform design using criteria such as customer experience, overall platform costs etc.

  • Works with tech. team through the Ecommerce Director to ensure products listed on the platform are up to date and to resolve glitches experienced by customers

  • Develops and executes regular schedule of customer surveys and customer engagement metrics



  • Creates weekly sales plan and supplier/customer acquisition and engagement plans
  • Assists suppliers and pharmacies sign up and use the platform
  • Creates annual and quarterly ee-commerceplatform design, management and customer engagement measurement plans. Reviews with the CMO/Founder

  • Establishes working relationship with tech and sales team working in operational areas

  • Develops and executes regular schedule of customer engagement surveys and mapping of ecommerce platform options

  • Sends in weekly reports detailing insights and feedback from suppliers and customers


  • Reports directly to [CMO/Founder]/General Manager/Ecommerce director



  • For Lagos role (resident in Lagos as close to Lagos Island as possible), For Oyo state role (resident in Ibadan as close to Jericho as possible), for Osun state (resident in Osogbo), for Ogun state (resident in Abeokuta)

  •  Committed to making virtual meetings with line management

  • Entrepreneurial with strong report writing and analytic skills

  • 1-3 years experience with ecommerce platform products and getting new users to adopt new and especally internet technology. Work experience with Nigerian based ecommerce platforms is a distinct advantage

  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and other data analytic tools in creating detailed reports and presentations for the purpose of synthesizing insights from data and making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and management understanding of customer engagement
