Job Details

  • Agreeing project objectives, planning and defining scope, activity Planning and Sequencing, resource Planning. developing Schedules, time Estimating, cost Estimating, developing a Budget
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • representing the organisation's interests
  • providing advice on the management of projects
  • organising the various professional people working on a project
  • carrying out risk assessment
  • making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  • making sure the quality standards are met
  • using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
  • recruiting competent specialists and sub-contractors
  • monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are strictly adhered and maintained
  • overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
  • procurement of materials
  • manages logistics, delivery and installation of finished products
  • travel out of state to execute or monitor projects
  • Ensure prudent resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
