We are looking to hire a Lead Marketing and Sales Specialist for our Client, a reputable Company in the Tech space.
The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate leadership and capability in the role of Marketing (Digital and Traditional) to deliver financial returns for both the Company's internal technology driven products and the Company's external Clients.
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Create effective Marketing Campaigns and coordinate team to execute Marketing campaigns on behalf of the Company, its clients and affiliates.
- Plan, organize and manage all brand activities and analyze, interprete and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing (digital and traditional) methods, costs and results
- Facilitate, grow and nuture the Company's client base by providing marketing services and managing relationships effectively.
- Use metrics and analytics to drive revenue
- Grow and improve the Company and it's Clients Marketing capabilities through PR, Brand Management and Image Management
- Prepare engaging and persuasive presentations for prospective clients and merchants
- Generate periodic reports on sales, revenues, leads and possible opportunities
- Receive and solve complaints about the Company's products, services and platforms
- Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in related discipline
- Up to 5 years experience is a Marketing role with Knowledge of both Digital and Traditional Marketing strategies
- Experience working within a Marketing Agency/Corporate Communications Company
- Ability to work with set targets
- Experience working within a high pressure environment
- Technology background is advantageous
- Large social and professional network
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
