- Operates system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions.
- Manage all off site installation, repair and maintenance
- Deliver service and support to service partner's engineers
- Deliver service and support to service partners, dealers and end users by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
- Keep service partners up-to-date with systems information, changes and updates
- Accurately process and record all support incidents
- Gather customers information and determine the issues by evaluating and analysing symptoms
- Work with the technical service team on product lifecycle projects
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues as per customer specifications.
