  • Be the face of the organization

  • Must have worked for a minimum of 4 years in a related role in a hotel
  • Must have friendly telephone and speaking skills
  • Very presentable, smart, intelligent and has the ability to make presentations to clients
  • Has excellent knowledge of using computerized booking and payment systems
  • Must be good at the use of social media platforms for hotel business
  • Administration and customer service skills
  • Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure and ability to multitask
  • Must be attractive and excellent dress sense female
