Job Details

  • Manages the entire operations of the Hotel
  • Liaises with the CEO and Directors adequately and effectively
  • Ensures the company generates business and stays profitable
  • Development, execution of marketing campaigns and social media for business
  • Closing sales with clients
  • Managing clients including cross-selling and up-selling services to them
  • Managing client complaints, requests, enquiries and issues



  • A good degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in managing an hotel and managing people
  • Very presentable, smart, speaks well, has the ability to make presentations to clients (executives)
  • Has excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office and analytical tools
  • Understands the Abuja environment and its constituent parts
  • Excellent writing skill and very good at creating documents for the appropriate audience
