Tromville Investment Limited was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on the 2nd of July, 2012 as a subsidiary of PROPERTYMART REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT LIMITED, which was registered on the 2nd of August 2008 with the purpose of creating a platform for every cadre in the society, where their real estate needs can be met.

Fundamental to our company is Construction, Real Estate Advisor, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Marketing, and Real Estate Investment with the tradition of satisfying our clients through various acquisition plans, tailored to meet individual and corporate needs.

We stand as a link point between the Government and the masses for collection and perfection of title documents, packaging of Estates for both private and public entities, business organizations, and individuals at the location of their choices at affordable prices and according to their taste and design.

We also engage in “Build and Sell” with ‘’ Site and Service’’ for both corporate and private bodies within and outside the states of the federation.


Our Request

  • We will like to recruit for Sales Executives position with the following Job Description
  • Identify Customer needs, market opportunities and position Tromville Investment Limited to take advantage of such opportunities.
  • Seek and identify new markets, new segments and new customers for new product and existing product.
  • Identify best ways to penetrate market and overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Develop new market strategies for attracting prospective customers of Tromville Investment Limited.
  • Managed all the Stakeholders involved in the delivery of new products and services.
  • Ensure an updated record of prospects with the weekly call plan.
  • Adequate follow up on customers with up to date performance record.
  • Ensure a timely rendered of the daily report to the Team Head.

Person Specification

First degree in Marketing or Psychology or any related discipline
