An office manager is the backbone of the office’s operation.They maintain all systems and procedures in the office and supervise the time. An ideal office manager ensures the efficiency and productivity of the office.



  • Maintains office operations and daily procedures
  • Prepares payroll for all employees
  • Purchases and manages supplies and office equipment
  • Designs and implements systems to improve office operations
  • Schedules employees and follows up on their progress or completed work
  • Identifies trends in relation to collected data
  • Recruits and trains new hires
  • Offers coaching and counseling to office staff throughout their tenure
  • Prepares an annual budget
  • Contributes to entire team as needed



  • Experience is office management or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of typical office systems and procedures
  • Candidate must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office
