Our client, a top notch designer brands store with several branches across Nigeria requires for immediate employment the service of a competent and experienced Assistant Manager for its Abuja outlets


  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Coordinate operations
  • Ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Supervise and motivate staff
  • Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data
  • Drive recruitment process and training & development
  • Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines


  • 3 to 6 years’ experience as assistant manager or similar position in a retail store
  • Experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
  • Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis procedures
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mind with good math skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
