General HR and Administrative duties which includes and not limited to the underlisted:
- Involved in Recruitment process and training needs.
- Implementation of company’s affirmative action, policies and procedures as it concerns staff.
- Ensure staff details are kept up to date.
- Review of weekly regional reports
- Involved in staff appraisal.
- Complete and approve transfer and leave forms
- make meeting and travelling arrangement and coordinate visa applications
- maintain a good filing system and handle confidential matters as the case may be.
- Ensure implementation of Staff welfare policy accordingly.
- Induction and orientation of new employees.
- compile utilisation/overtime reports for onward submission to the Accounts
- Ensure renewal of contract service agreement.
- Proper office facilities management.
- Internal and External Conflict resolution
