  • First Degree in any Management / Social Science Discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role especially in HR consulting firm
  • Professional Certifications will be an added advantage
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent marketing skills
  • Strong industry knowledge in HR Outsourcing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with people at various levels
  • Ability to identify other business opportunities& further convert prospects to client
  • Project management experience
  • People management skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Quality and productivity focused
