- Must be vast in the area of Catering and Hospitality
- Must be skilled and managing junior staff and getting the best out of them
- Must be Honest, Hard working and Driven
- Must have business development skills especially in the area of marketing a restaurant
- Must be able to develop kitchen projections on a daily basis
- Must be computer literate as such a candidate will be dealing with certain softwares.
- Must be ready to give daily reports to the Managing Director on the progress of the Restaurant.
- Must be conscious of hygiene and general cleanliness
