A Dynamic, experienced, and competent individual who can:
- Ensure the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a balance among all stakeholders (suppliers, customers, staff, management, shareholders, the community authorities, government etc)
- Ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business;
- Guide overall Organizational strategy and implementation of related activities within the Organization.
- Manage the development, implementation and successful delivery of Organizational goals within agreed Strategy
- Manage Organizational goals, teams and partnerships to maximize the NGO’s impact in the society.
- Managing funds from donor organizations/individuals and meet donor reporting requirement
- Ensure good relations with government bodies and other policy influencing organizations
- Conduct workshops and create awareness among the communities
- Document best practices in the development of the community, preparing necessary materials and report, handling correspondence, drafting the reports and evaluations.
- Demonstrated leadership in development and implementation of projects.
- Planning and coordinating project implementation activities
- Coordinate with the host community and local resource
- Document and analyze data
- Interact at a country, regional or global capacity to meet programme goals
