A Dynamic, experienced, and competent individual who can:

  • Ensure the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain a balance among all stakeholders (suppliers, customers, staff, management, shareholders, the community authorities, government etc)
  • Ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business;
  • Guide overall Organizational strategy and implementation of related activities within the Organization.
  • Manage the development, implementation and successful delivery of Organizational goals within agreed Strategy
  • Manage Organizational goals, teams and partnerships to maximize the NGO’s impact in the society.
  •   Managing funds from donor organizations/individuals and meet donor reporting requirement
  •  Ensure good relations with government bodies and other policy influencing organizations
  • Conduct workshops and create awareness among the communities
  • Document best practices in the development of the community, preparing necessary materials and report, handling correspondence, drafting the reports and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in development and implementation of projects.
  • Planning and coordinating project implementation activities
  • Coordinate with the host community and local resource
  • Document and analyze data
  • Interact at a country, regional or global capacity to meet programme goals
