Job Details

  • Staff recruitment, deployment and talent management groupwide
  • Ensuring KYE checks on all staff.
  • Liaison with External Regulators & filing of returns for full compliance.
  • Maintenance of staff Discipline & compliance with Admin/HR rules.
  • Training, Scheduling & implementing Learning and Development Policy groupwide.
  • Total Facilities & Asset Management/Maintenance across the Group.
  • Provision of Business Support Services, office equipment maintenance & procurement.
  • Conduction of periodic Appraisals, Training Need Assessment, Staff & Management Training Programmes.
  • Manpower planning, staff incentive programs.
  • Update and implement existing Admin/HR policies and procedure.
  • Procurement, Vendor and Supply Chain Management.
  • Implementation of approved Admin/HR Policies & Advise to Management on best practices.
  • Maintenance of a standard filing system, staff & equipment database.
  • Design & update staff job descriptions groupwide.
  • Manage staff leave roster, job rotation.
  • HMO, Pension & PAYE Management.
  • Payroll Management & Administration groupwide.
