- Ensuring KYE checks on all staff.
- Liaison with External Regulators & filing of returns for full compliance.
- Maintenance of staff Discipline & compliance with Admin/HR rules.
- Training, Scheduling & implementing Learning and Development Policy groupwide.
- Total Facilities & Asset Management/Maintenance across the Group.
- Provision of Business Support Services, office equipment maintenance & procurement.
- Conduction of periodic Appraisals, Training Need Assessment, Staff & Management Training Programmes.
- Manpower planning, staff incentive programs.
- Update and implement existing Admin/HR policies and procedure.
- Procurement, Vendor and Supply Chain Management.
- Implementation of approved Admin/HR Policies & Advise to Management on best practices.
- Maintenance of a standard filing system, staff & equipment database.
- Design & update staff job descriptions groupwide.
- Manage staff leave roster, job rotation.
- HMO, Pension & PAYE Management.
- Payroll Management & Administration groupwide.
