Job Details

  • Implementing operational structures and systems for the company (strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, human resources, and marketing)
  • Managing employees to reach goals/targets set
  • Growing the business into a multi-million dollar enterprise
  • Improving operating margins of the business
  • Business development - scouting for new clients both corporate (institutions) and individuals
  • Managing relationships with new clients, existing clients, and exploring additional opportunities for revenue
  • Keeping up to date with market place trends, documenting them & making use of business intelligence
  • Progress reporting to Director and attending meetings as scheduled
  • Researching relevant information needed for business development and growth
  • Assisting with other tasks as may be needed/required by the executive director



  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (preferably in a related field)
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in sales, business development & operations is an asset
  • Track record of setting sales/revenue targets and meeting them
  • Motivated individual with an interest in hospitality, real estate, entrepreneurial and self driven
  • Problem solver, analytical and good communicator
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, sociable and hospitable
  • Willing and able to drive


Other Notes

Fixed monthly salary plus very attractive commission and incentives


Work hours are from 8a.m to 6p.m on weekdays, occasional weekends and may require additional flexibility
