Job Details

  • Business development - scouting for new clients both corporate (institutions) and individuals
  • Setting monthly sales and quarterly targets
  • Prospecting for new business with a strategic mindset
  • Managing relationships with new clients, existing clients, and exploring additional opportunities for revenue
  • Keeping up to date with market place trends, documenting them & making use of business intelligence
  • Progress reporting to Director and attending meetings as scheduled
  • Researching relevant information needed for business development and growth
  • Posting ads on classified web sites and responding in a timely manner to inquiries
  • Ensuring that units being managed are constantly being occupied
  • Assisting with other tasks as may be needed/required by the director & other staff



  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program from a recognized university (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Math)
  • Academic results on path to 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper
  • Previous experience in sales, business development & customer service is an asset
  • Motivated individual with an interest in hospitality, real estate, entrepreneurial and self driven
  • Problem solver, analytical and good communicator
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, sociable and hospitable


Other Notes

  • Fixed monthly salary plus very attractive commission and incentives
  • Work hours are from 8a.m to 6p.m. and may require additional flexibility
  • Technology, Programming, Ms Excel skills are a plus
