  • Job Description:

Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.

Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

  • Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ensure enquiries and contracts are executed in accordance with Company Quality Management System. 

Ensure that all work supplied conforms to client specifications.

Ensure that all subordinate staff are briefed and observe the requirements of relevant SH&E Regulations and client requirements.

Develop new business by nurturing existing clients and demonstrate innovation with regard to new clients and products.

The general leadership & management of subordinate staff in accordance with company procedures and values, with an emphasis on retention and personnel development including his/ her own.

 Be familiar with all projects scope of work and general requirements under your remit.

Prepare, authorise, review of estimates and quotations as required.

Ensure invoice instructions are submitted to the accounts department on time in accordance with agreed payment schedule. 





  • First  degree in related discipline / Masters advantageous
  • Applicant should be a graduate in management stream
  • Fluent in English and language of country preferable
  • Possession of a post graduate degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
  • 3 years working experience 
  • Experience working in other enterprises (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Leadership skills
  • Minimum Qualification: BA, BEd, BSc or HND.
  • Candidate should be able to control the team and evaluate the performance of each individual.
  • Applicant should have good decision making skills and he should be capable of motivating his subordinates for better performance.
  • Applicant should have good communication skills.
  • Applicant should be capable of working under stressful circumstances.
