Job Details

  • Make inputs to the category Strategy
  • Advise user departments and suppliers of company’s standard commercial terms and conditions
  • Provide daily status updates on user requests
  • Make recommendations to user department on sourcing options and solutions
  • Provide input for identification of opportunities, achieve, and track procurement savings
  • Execute the procurement processes (RFI, RFP and RFQ) with respect to document preparation, issue, receipt and review
  • Timely processing of sourcing related documents (RFQ, RFI, Supplier Correspondence, Purchasing Order etc.)
  • Negotiations with suppliers regarding all terms related to the supply of goods and services for all items assigned for local categories
  • Interface between Commercial, Legal, User Departments and company Suppliers to ensure timely preparation and execution of contracts or agreements and other relevant documents when necessary
  • Liaise with Group Procurement for execution of procurement processes for centrally managed categories
  • Provide input to periodic reports



HND or Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics or one of the applied sciences; Purchasing & Supply Professional Certificate is an added advantage.
