An hotel company based in Ikeja Lagos requires the services of a General Manager with the following details.
He will be responsible for the day to day management and operations of the 3 hotels and for the effective implementation of all business strategies, policies and processes to ensure profitability
- Managing the implementation of all hotel policies and processes
- Ensuring delivery of quality service by all departments
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Handling customers’ complaints and comments
- With Marketing Manager, driving sales and marketing strategies
- With HR, ensuring the retention of suitable staff in all the hotels
Required skills and competencies:
- Strong business administration and organisation skills
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Strong decision-making, leadership, management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication (writing, speaking and presenting) skills
- Advanced computer literacy
