Ø Handling customers complaints according to the guidelines and policies of the company;
Ø Making sure that customers are satisfied on their inquiries;
Ø Making sure that the complaints of customers are valid without complications;
Ø Being able to proffer solutions that relate to customer care services in the organization;
Ø Making sure that customers telephone calls are answered and appropriate call transfers are enhanced;
Ø Taking up some administrative roles such as arrangement of files appropriately;
Ø He or She must be able to establish good customer relationship;
Ø Must be able to perform some clerical functions or tasks.
Ø Excellent Communication and organizational skills
Ø Minimum of HND in required field.
Ø Enthusiasm reliability and the ability to multi-task.
Ø Must be skilled with the computer and MS Word Software.
Ø 1-3 years working experience.
