To identify all training needs of the bank and compile a list of all training programs for management decision
To develop and manage a sustainable management development scheme
Process and manage staff compensation packages (including PAYE and other statutory deductions)
The ideal candidate must possess a B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years work experience on similar jobs
Ability to use IT tools such MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
