Learn and master the operational and technical use of all the applications/software of the company
Learn and use and be conversant with SQL server database, Microsoft Visual studio platforms, Crystal reporting tools
Learn and be conversant with internet solutions and tools like the IIS, Cloud computing, web services and other latest internet technologies
Learn and know how to use and support other users with socket programming applications, web and desktop interface deployment,administration and maintenance.
Know the business/operational side of the applications such as the accounting,Human Resources,operations,user rights/profiles and priveledges access control,financial market,trading operations of the clients.
Must be hardworking and able to work with little.
Must be able to think outside the box and be innovative
Must be a fast learner and can easily adapt to a new role
