Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and report, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cashflows, payment logs, variance analysis and commentaries;
  • Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget;
  • Provide support by working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions and wherever necessary;
  • Advise on financial implications and consequences of business decisions;
  • Analyze financial performance and contribute to medium and long term business planning/forecasts
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues 
  • Prepare tax computations and returns
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with year-end closings
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Account/bank reconciliations
  • Review and process expense report
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
