Under the direct supervision of the Manager, HR & Admin this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the executive management and department. The position is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 5 kg.
This position manages all employees under administration as a sub-unit.
