We are looking for an experienced Business Developer and Sales Executive with proven track record to join our growing team at Big Field Digital in Ring road, Ibadan. This role involves reaching out to targeted business areas and professionals - marketing and closing deals for our digital services. You will be negotiating and closing large-scale deals.

A passion for sales and marketing is a MUST!

SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES WILLING TO WORK ON A COMMISSION BASIS ONLY. There is potential for earning big financial rewards because of our line of business and our customer / prospect profiles.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospecting - actively seeking out and engaging prospects.
  • Develop the strategies and tactics and implement a proactive process for capturing prospects and converting them to new customers and driving sales 
  • Marketing our services to businesses in Ibadan and neighbouring states
  • Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with corporate organization and other potential customers
  • Plan, organize and execute marketing and sales programs.
  • Attend trade shows and events to market services.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing service awareness and increasing sales and profits.
  • Generate custom proposals fast and deliver to prospects
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling  / follow-up calling
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Provide management with weekly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Professional approach to time and deadlines.
  • Proven working experience as a marketing and sales representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Sales and marketing
  • Excellent English writing, verbal and listening skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Openness to feedback
  • Fascinated by software and web services / digital trends and technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills
