- Oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally, and play a key part in communicating the organization’s marketing message.
- Responsible for meeting the client/sales targets of the organization.
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Map out potential customers and generate leads and new opportunities for the organization.
- Initiate creative ways to propel the firm into the public to boost sales and productivity.
- Develop appropriate advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the firm's services and amenities.
- Prepare, plan and manage the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
- Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing clients.
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Plan and manage marketing events and evaluate their success.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- Develop and implement an internal marketing program.
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office tools.
- Minimum Qualification: Bsc in marketing or a related field of study.
- Required Experience: 1-3 years.
- Ability to learn about the products being sold and inform clients accurately.
- Organized and detail-oriented in keeping track of marketing strategies/methods.
- Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
