Job description:

  • A customer services officer interacts with the customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products. Also they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
  • Customer inquiries often involve some form of complaint that the customer service officer  must handle in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Customer services representatives help generate sales lead.



The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • An awareness of discretion with high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • A recognition of the requirements of service users
  • communication of complex and sensitive or contentious information with tact, empathy, diplomacy and understanding
  • Attention to detail along with good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
