To oversee the group’s Human Capital Unit, Administrative unit and IT unit.
Purpose of Job
- Ensure, promote and execute sustainable policies to realise the overall corporate vision of the Group. i.e to build a world class institution.
- Develop, implement and manage the overall policies and programs for the Human Capital, Administrative, Protocol, Security Services, and Information Technology Unit.
- Ensure corporate services activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements on Corporate Governance, Industrial Relations, Communications best practices etc that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards and goal attainment.
- At least 3 years in the job role.
- Member of a related professional body
- BA & MA in related disciplines.
- Other certifications related to the role will be an added advantage.
