Our re-engineering consultancy team is seeking to hire a Sales Personnel. Our client is a leading Renewable energy company based in Nigeria. Candidate will be responsible for all sales activities and must be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client expectations. Candidate must be able to make products available in all relevant retail channels within the defined coverage.
- Development of product interest within the prospective distribution channels
- Training of trade channels on the Features and Benefits of the product, merchandising and other processes that will help them sell out products.
- Assisting the trade channels with their sell-out process by:
- Helping the trade partners to better understand their customers and competitors
- attract the consumers to the trade partners
- Helping the trade partners with their business plans – products, inventory management, credit, ordering process, selling organization
- Participate in promotional activities within the coverage area
- Support business development activities within the coverage area
- Report on activities and results of activities
- Recruit, train and supervise sales agents within coverage area.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 1-3years experience in Sales
- Candidate must have above average (intermediate to expert) skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Candidate must reside in Enugu
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision and must possess ability to make sound judgements with confidence
- Strong inter-personal skills, ability to work cross-functionally and develop/utilize collaborative relationships
- Flexible work habits with maturity to accept changing demands as they occur
