- Acquire new business accounts for the company
- Promote the company's products and brand
- Manage own customer relationships and handle any queries or complaints
- Achieve activity targets/KPIs
- Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about our product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
- Ability to meet monthly targets & produce monthly sales report
It would be advantageous if you have the following:
- Good knowledge of own work area/region
- Proven sales track record
- Sales experience
- Creative and flexible
- Strong Social Media presence
