A firm in the financial service sector seeks qualified candidates to fill this role 



This role is responsible for sales of company's product- "Cash to go Loans". The responsibilities cuts across selling, persuasion and relationship management for optimal productivity. It also requires, maintaining a prospective sales channel, gathering market information and developing business relationships. The role reports to the Sales Consultant or Business Manager Private Sector, where applicable.




  • Deliver the sales target (Value & Volume)
  • Collation and submission of client documents for review.
  • Ensure proper KYC is done on ALL loans.



  • To sell the company’s “Cash to go” and other products to the general public.
  • To make sure that all clients whom you interact with, whether your direct clients or otherwise are professionally attended to.
  • To ensure proper KYC carried out on all customers. 
  • To conduct market intelligence, submit daily and weekly reports.
  • To do general customer services duties and to ensure that standards are not only maintained, but improved upon.
  • To perform any other duty that may be assigned to you.




  • Education - HND/BSC social science field
  • Experience - Minimum of One (1) year SALES experience in a lending company is required.
  • Skill, Knowledge and Abilities -
  • Good selling and persuasive skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to take initiative
  • Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and emotions.
