Remuneration is between N60,000 and N100,000 as well as additional benefits where applicable.
- Be a professional company representative to our customers and prospects in the external environment, as well as theirs to us within the internal environment.
- Service existing accounts, maintain cordial business relationship, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to develop new leads and prospects for demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Work with Finance as well as product delivery to ensure updated financial records and obligations of clients as well as appropriate and timely delivery of product.
- Where needed, adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer to sell to as well as their specific needs.
- Focus sales efforts by studying different potential markets for penetration.
- Keep updated information by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, lead generation, weekly work plans, and monthly general analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes, if any, in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending all open houses, seminars, meetings and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and other relevant marketing strategies and activities.
- Provide historical records by maintaining constant sales profile and relevant records.
- Be a participant to team effort and achievement of organizational goals by accomplishing results as needed and as directed by team lead and management.
- Interested applicants are expected to possess 3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing with proven track record of previous achievements.
- Minimum educational requirement, BSc in relevant fields.
