Job Description:

  • Manage client expectations
  • Plan, assign and review team's work
  • Oversee the daily and monthly reconciliations team and ensure necessary guidelines are followed
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparations by the team
  • Flag issues and concerns to the operations team



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Knowledge 
  • Preferable Mininmum of 4 years of experience with vendor statement reconciliation, project accounting or Payroll reconciliation.
  • ERP Knowledge - SAP and Excel skills
  • Leadership skills to drive members to perform at the required level
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder
