To ensure that the organisation has the appropriate level, experience, number and quality of human resources required to effectively deliver its vision and strategic objectives.



A good first degree in Business administration or any of the social sciences or humanities

A Master’s degree in a relevant course is required

Membership of relevant professional bodies e.g. CIPM

At least 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Services with at least 4 years in supervisory role in administration management within a reputable organization

Experience in facilities management

Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.

Track record in organisational management and leadership at a supervisory level
