We are looking for a responsible personal assistant to perform clerical tasks and drive sales in a well organised and timely way. You will need to act proactively and with minimal guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of the people with whom you work.
- Be the point of contact between the firm and clients and manage information flow.
- Manage diaries and arrange daily schedule (meetings, speaking engagements, trainings, travels, therapy)
- Oversee the performance of other staff
- Act as an office manager
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Sell materials and take orders
- Manage social media accounts and group.
- Organise programs
- Be available at training's and speaking engagements
- Proven working experience as a personal assistant
- Excellent MS office knowledge and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Aware of the latest office tools and applications
- Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
- Smart and young
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Higher institution degree and NYSC
