Qualification OND/HND/BSC Business Admin or Related field

Minimum 2 years Experience in related role

Location Ikeja


  • All accounting, administrative and Customer Service duties.
  • Bookkeeping, compiling financial records, budgeting, storekeeping, managing inventory records, preparing and submitting tax forms, auditing, etc.
  • Ensure inventory quantities are sufficient for needs by coordinating regular inventory checks and through timely ordering of supplies.
  • Support in maintenance of fixed assets register by updating asset register, issue of asset movement for signing and approval.
  • Prepares cash flow statement and cash forecasts for the project as and when needed
  • Ensure proper and accurate coding of expenditure on all primary documentation
  • Collect petty cash for operational use.
  • Ensure that all payment request forms, invoices, receipts and any other payment documents are critically checked for accuracy and correctness and meet the organization’s minimum standard.
