Provide leadership for the delivery of an effective corporate services function which includes, procurement, general administration of company assets and properties, legal matters as well as CSR / government relations, while providing high quality service and value for money.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure overall manpower planning for the department / directorate
Responsible for advising and contribute significantly to the planning of all CSR activities of the company
Ensure the group operates within its budgetary limits
Provide adequate guidance, coaching, mentoring and training for subordinates to help develop their careers and increase their performance.
